We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in the provided Utopia pouch and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Utopia Jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
